Patient need and the constraints of 'those paying the bill' are an integral part of HAI's referral arrangements for individuals and companies.

Our in-house database includes:

• Information on costs, specialties, consultants and investigative capacity in NHS and private hospitals. There are significant variations in private treatment cost within the UK & overseas ·
• Information on treatment trends for particular conditions.
• HAI can advise on the cure rates for particular cancers and which centres have the best results. The same applies to cardiological procedures for coronary artery occlusion or for coronary artery bypass grafts.

Employers / Insurers

• Employers need to be clear about the actual benefits of insurance in terms of staff goodwill, reduced sickness absenteeism & productivity. HAI offers the option of dispensing with costly insurance premiums & only paying for private treatment when the need arises.
• Waiting times are often much shorter than commonly believed with the option of private treatment payment only where necessary a cost effective option.
• HAI can act as a medical broker for insurance companies advising on individual treatment need when circumstances demand.
• For overseas patients we can advise embassy or consular staff on treatment need for their nationals.
• Most importantly we keep up to date with treatment trends and success rates for individual conditions.
