Health Audit International (HAI) is a multi service, health led, consultancy. Essential quality and outcome measures are identified in context. Individual communities, hospitals or specialties benefit from pathways to cost effective health care delivery.

HAI, established in 1990, delivers strategies for effective healthcare for whole communities and for individual specialties. HAI concentrates on quality and outcomes - not cost and volume alone.

HAI is the brainchild of Dr Peter Briggs, a former public health medicine consultant in the UK health service. Peter qualified at Guy's Hospital Medical School and has worked at National, Regional and local levels of the NHS at consultant level. HAI was established in 1990 with a focus on health strategy, quality and outcomes.
